Serve as the primary functional expert and business partner for Oracle EBS Inventory, SCM, and Manufacturing modules.
Engage with stakeholders across Procurement, Planning, Inventory Control, Shop Floor, and Operations to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation.
Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including Inventory Management (INV), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Master Scheduling/MRP, and Costing.
Lead solution design sessions and assess feasibility using standard Oracle EBS functionality and minimal customization.
Provide subject matter expertise during testing cycles including UAT planning, test script development, execution, and defect resolution.
Drive process standardization and automation using Oracle EBS best practices.
Support system enhancements, patching activities, and upgrade initiatives for relevant modules.
Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with Technical teams for custom reports, interfaces, and API integrations as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and end-user training materials.
Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to junior analysts and business users.
5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Business Analyst/Functional Consultant with strong exposure to Inventory, SCM, and Manufacturing modules.
In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), and MRP.
Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes, demand planning, fulfillment, and factory operations.
Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional configuration.
Demonstrated ability to support UAT, issue resolution, and go-live support.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge and experience of Support Project environment, Tickets, SLA, Documentation, etc.
Effective and on time communications with business users.
Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades or rollouts (e.g., R12 to 12.2).
Exposure to Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) or Cost Management.
Knowledge of integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems (WMS, MES, BI tools).
Certifications in Oracle EBS Functional Modules.
