Für den Bereich Solvents in Stade suchen wir einen Anlagen-Operator (m/w/d).
Der Anlagen-Operator bedient zugewiesenes Equipment oder Anlagen-Units und führt betriebsbezogene Handlungen gemäß Anlagen Aktivitätsliste (Master Task Liste) aus, nutzt Betriebskenntnisse und Erfahrung, um die Anlage in einer sicheren, zuverlässigen und optimalen Weise proaktiv zu betreiben, arbeitet mit Schichtteammitgliedern zusammen, um ungeplante Ereignisse innerhalb der Fähigkeiten des Schichtteams effizient zu antizipieren und zu lösen und eskaliert Probleme, die nicht in die entsprechenden Unterstützungsrollen aufgelöst werden können.
Die Aufgaben umfassen u.a.:
- Folgt den Prinzipien, Anleitungen und Praktiken der Operating Discipline, um den sicheren und bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb von zugewiesenen Anlagen-Units zu gewährleisten.
- Bedient und prüft Prozess-Equipment vor Ort. Überwacht Zustand, Equipment und Kontrollsysteme (Messwarte) des Prozesses, einschließlich der erforderlichen Dokumentation und Kommunikation.
- Führt betriebszugehörige Aufgaben gemäß Anlagen Aktivitätenliste (Master Task Liste) aus. z.B. Vor-Ort-Checks, Vorbereitung von Equipment, Proben, ... usw.
- Stellt sicher, dass die Aktivitäten und die Prozessleistung mit den Anlagen- und Businesszielen übereinstimmen.
- Wendet Fähigkeiten in der Fehlersuche an zur Lösung von prozessbezogenen Abweichungen und Problemen
- Falls erforderlich, Einleitung und Teilnahme an Root Cause Analysen (Ursachenanalyse)
- Unterstützung und Anleitung anderer beim Anlagenbetrieb
- Führt im Notfall vom Crisis Response Leader (Notfall-koordinator) zugewiesene Handlungen aus
- Hat Prozesswissen und Fähigkeiten, um Verbesserungen in seinem Arbeitsbereich einschließlich der Operating Discipline zu erreichen
- Führt die Tätigkeiten des Messwarts, Laboroperators und Außenoperators aus.
- Durchführung von anlagenspezifischen Instandhaltungsarbeiten („First Line Maintenance“)
Erforderliche Ausbildung:
- Chemikant, Chemiebetriebsjungwerker oder inhaltlich vergleichbare Ausbildung
Wissen und Fähigkeiten:
- Trouble Shooting Prozess
- Grundkenntnisse Arbeitsrecht
- Grundkenntnisse von Prozesskontrollsystemen (MOD V, ABB etc. )
- VHS Grundbaustein Englisch oder vergleichbare Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit modernen Bürokommunikationssystemen,( z.B. Mail System, Word, Excel...)
- Nachweis G26.3-Tauglichkeit
