POSITION OVERVIEW:

Under the arrangement of online supervisor/supervisor, complete production tasks on time according to work requirements. Strictly abide by the company system and achieve the company's performance assessment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be able to strictly follow the requirements of the process operation instructions and complete the production task on time.

能够严格按照工艺操作指导书要求操作，并按时完成生产任务。

• Be able to master the key points, relevance and importance of the job, understand the quality requirements in the process, and strictly implement the quality standards. Any problem must be reported to the next level.

能够掌握本岗位操作要点、相关性和重要性，并了解工艺中质量要求，严格执行质量标准。发现任何问题必须及时向上 级汇报。

• Implement 6S of production line, PM, WIP control of equipment, material control and other system carefully.

认真执行生产线的6S,设备的PM, WIP控制，物料控制以及其它制度。

• Participate in the department's on-the-job training, complete the skills assessment.

参加本部门的在岗培训，完成各项技能考核。

• Actively participate in the company's RBS, IR, EHS and other corporate culture activities.

积极参加公司的RBS, IR, EHS等企业文化的活动。

• Complete the temporary assignment of production supervisor.

完成生产主管临时布置的工作。

• Adheres to all safety rules and report questionable conditions to department supervisor.

遵守所有安全规定，发现可疑问题立即向部门主管报告。

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

1-2 years working experience in joint venture or sole proprietorship.1-2年合资，独资企业就业经历.

Basic understanding skills.基本的理解能力。

Able to adapt to shift and temporary overtime needs.能适应倒班和临时加班需求。

Submit to management.服从管理。

Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility.较强的团队意识及责任心。

Walking and standing, twisting, stooping, lifting or moving parts up to 15kg（Occasionally 30kg）, with certain visual and hearing capability.行走和站立、扭转、弯腰，举起或搬运物品到15kg（偶尔至30kg），并需要一定的视觉和听觉要求。
