Your Role: Operator - Packaging

Their work is to ensure that the quality and quantity of packaged goods conforms to the company’s standards . (포장된 제품의 품질과 수량이 회사 표준에 부합되는지 확인)

Your Responsibilities:

• Examine packaging machinery at the beginning of the process to ensure good working order. (공정 초기에 포장 기계를 검사하여 양호한 작업순서 보장)

• Start packaging machinery and test run it to ensure its working order. (기계 포장을 시작하고 작동 순서 확인을 위해 테스트 수행)

• Regulate components and dials to control the speed and type of packaging. (구성 요소 및 포장속도 및 유형 제어)

• Observe machinery to ensure conformance to quality and set standards. (품질 준수 및 표준 준수를 위해 기계류 관찰)

• Maintain and upgrade knowledge of packaging processes to ensure quality work. (품질 작업을 보장하기 위해 포장 공정에 대한 지식을 유지하고 업그레이드)

• Observe packaging equipment to make sure that each drug is being packed in the correct packing. (포장 장비를 관찰하여 관련 약품과 함께 각 약품이 올바른 포장재에 포장되어 있는지 확인)

• Load correct labels, leaflet and carton in packaging components to ensure accuracy of packaging that incorrect packaging does not take place. (잘못된 포장이 수행되지 않는 포장의 정확성을 보장하기 위한 포장 구성 요소에 올바른 라벨, 설명서, 카톤을 로딩)

• Prepare associated packaging documentation according to provided SOPs. (관련된 SOP에 따라 관련 포장 문서를 준비)

• Check packaged drugs to make sure that they are boxed, labeled and categorized properly. (포장된 약품이 박스에 들어 있는지, 라벨이 붙어 있고 올바르게 분류되어 있는지 확인)

• Assist in reconciling in-process and finished drug packaging and batch recording procedures. (공정 및 완제 의약품 포장 및 일괄 기록 절차 조정 지원)

• Documents information correctly in batch records and area logbooks. (로그북 및 batch record 기록)

• Secure packaged items by gluing, tying, stapling or attaching fasteners. (접착, 묶기, 스테이플링 또는 고정 장치 부착으로 포장된 물품을 보호)

• Stack packaged items in storage areas or on delivery pallets using hand pallets. (핸드팔레트를 사용하여 수납 영역 또는 팔레트에 포장된 품목 적재)

• Visual inspection (Inspect and remove defective products) (육안검사(결함 있는 제품 검사 및 제거))

• Take samples of semi-finished goods for QC testing & Attach released label onto finished goods before transfer to warehouse in SCM. (반제품 샘플링 및 SCM 보관소로 이동을 위한 출하라벨 부착)

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Junior college graduate or higher. (초대졸 이상)

• Major in pharmaceutical engineering, engineering, technology of science preferred (제약학 또는 이공계 전공자 선호)
