El operador de lavandería completará las siguientes tareas asignadas por el Líder de lavandería, el Supervisor de servicio o el Gerente general:

Las características del entorno de trabajo y el esfuerzo físico descritos a continuación representan las condiciones que un asociado encuentra al realizar las funciones esenciales del puesto. Se pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para permitir que personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales.
Normalmente trabaja en un entorno de producción/sala limpia con iluminación y ventilación adecuadas, y un rango normal de temperatura y nivel de ruido.
Se requiere que el asociado permanezca de pie y camine durante la mayor parte del día laboral. Los requisitos físicos del puesto incluyen hablar, oír, doblarse/inclinarse, agacharse, arrastrarse, subir a cierta altura, alcanzar por encima del hombro, ponerse en cuclillas, arrodillarse, mantener el equilibrio y empujar/halar. Además, el puesto requiere que los asociados levanten/carguen/empujen o tiren hasta 50 libras, con o sin asistencia.
Los asociados usan ambas manos para acciones repetitivas como agarrar y manipular, así como ambos pies para movimientos repetitivos al operar controles de pie. Las habilidades de visión específicas requeridas incluyen visión de cerca, visión periférica, percepción de profundidad y la capacidad de ajustar el enfoque.
