Position Summary 岗位概述:
Be responsible for reagent manufacturing. The operator must strictly abide by occupational health, safety, and environmental management requirements, maintain a safe working environment, and contribute to environmental protection efforts.
负责试剂生产。严格遵守职业健康安全及环境管理要求，维护安全工作环境，助力环境保护工作。
Key Responsibilities关键职责：
- Perform formulation and/or filling and/or package independently for reagents, liquid media according to DMR. Complete the batch record timely and accurately.
根据产品批记录，能独立进行配料和/或灌装和/或包装的工作。及时准确的完成批记录的填写。
- Online problems with formulation and/or filling and/or package line can be detected and reported in a timely manner and attempts to resolve them are preferred.
配料和/或灌装和/或包装在线问题能被发现并及时准备汇报，如能尝试解决更佳。
- Perform in-process testing associated with manufacturing, such as PH, conductivity and osmotic testing.
生产过程的相关测试，如PH、电导率和渗透压等。
- Calculate raw material volumes required for each batch according to the requirements of DMR.
根据产品批记录要求计算原材料的加料配比。
- Responsible for 6S of production area, line clearance activities and line opening activities per working instruction requirements.
依据工作指导书的要求,负责生产区域的6S工作、清线工作和开线工作。
- Responsible for daily maintenance & inspection of production line per working instruction requirements.
依据工作指导书的要求,负责生产线的日常维护和点检。
- Perform the daily & prevent maintenance of Formulation and/or filling and/or package.
配料和/或灌装和/或包装的日保养及预防性保养
- Work with level sensors to obtain knowledge of upper and lower limits and capacity.
理解相关的传感器上下限和能力的知识。
- Participate in the regular emergency evacuation drills organized by the company and demonstrate understanding of basic emergency response and evacuation procedures.
参与公司定期组织的应急疏散演练，掌握基本应急响应与逃生技能。
- Identify and report potential safety hazards and environmental risks and support the implementation of EHS improvement initiatives.
识别和报告潜在的安全隐患与环境风险，支持现场EHS改进措施的实施。
- Comply with chemical management and waste segregation requirements to ensure environmental regulations are met.
遵守化学品管理与废弃物分类要求，确保操作过程符合环保规定。
- Perform other duties as assigned.
履行分配的其他职责。
Qualifications要求:
- College degree or above in chemical, biological engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years operation on IVD manufacturing or other relevant industry （Food，Cosmetics）.
3年以上体外诊断试剂生产制造业操作或其他相关行业（食品、化妆品）经验
- Not limit on male or female, good working attitude, honest, patient and careful
男女不限，良好的工作态度，正直，仔细
- Would like to attend OT if required.
愿意按公司的要求服从加班的需要
- Chemical or biological reagent experience is preferred.
