What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate assigned manufacturing machinery (e.g., Printing Machines, Amplas, and other production equipment) in accordance with training, SOPs, and supervisor direction.
  • Read and interpret product specifications, including dimensions, tolerances, and operating parameters.
  • Supply machines with materials to maintain continuous production, including foil changes, die changes, and other set‑up activities according to the production schedule.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on production equipment; escalate major issues to Manufacturing Technician leadership as required.
  • Troubleshoot equipment by observing operation, reviewing alarms, listening to mechanical sounds, and identifying the root cause of issues.
  • Read and understand schematics, blueprints, alarms, PLCs, and basic electrical concepts.
  • Inspect products to detect defects by examining shapes, sizes, textures, and overall appearance.
  • Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with cGMPs, cSOPs, cGDPs, and other regulatory and quality standards.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including scrap, downtime, efficiency, batch records, and other records per SOP requirements.
  • Verify daily production schedules with the Supervisor to ensure the correct batch and specifications are manufactured.
  • Maintain responsibility for assigned tools, equipment, and replacement of designated machine parts.
  • Support production needs during extended shifts, weekends, shutdowns, or slowdowns, as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following 6S principles and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical Certification or Technical Degree with a concentration in General Mechanics or a related technical field; one (1) year of related experience may be considered equivalent.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documents, SOPs, specifications, and safety rules.
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and basic electrical and PLC systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to support different shifts and operational needs.
