How Will You Make an Impact?:

As an Operator II on our pre-fill syringe line, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our syringe manufacturing process, directly contributing to patient safety and healthcare advancement. Shift hours are 7am-7am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

What you will do:

  • Operate and monitor pre- fill syringe manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on syringe filling and packaging machinery
  • Follow strict aseptic techniques and cGMP guidelines to maintain a sterile manufacturing environment
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain accurate documentation of production activities

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.​

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment, specifically in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile manufacturing processes
  • Basic understanding of pre- fill syringe production and associated quality control measures
  • Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate records
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a clean room environment wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). May be required to work in temperature-controlled areas and handle sensitive materials.
