As an Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily production operations while following all applicable safety, quality and manufacturing procedures; complete work in a timely manner while maintaining excellent standards.
• Inspecting purchased parts, components and equipment.
• Follow engineering drawings, data sheets, specifications and other technical work instructions.
• Work effectively in a multi-team environment; communicate with sales, planning, engineering and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
• Must have 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Be available to work first shift- Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm/overtime and weekends as needed.
• Be willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to ensure compliance.
• Be able to stand for long periods, as this is a standing-only job function.
• Be able to handle stressful environments as you are operating under strict time constraints to move parts to other areas within the manufacturing floor. 
• Work with small parts and read fine text.
• Have ability to read and interpret routine instructions
• Work with approved chemicals.
• Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.

• The hourly rate for this position is between 16.75 - 27.89 USD
