Operator - 1 Electrician

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities  

• Installations of Electrical cable, Switches & equipment
• Troubleshooting  & electrical maintenance of Injection molding machine, extruder, NDB Machine and Drill fill machines & Utility machine & equipment(Like Chiller , Compressor , Cooling tower , Pump , DM plant ,RO Plant , Transformer , DG Set)
• Support Maintenance supervisor in preventive & breakdown maintenance activity
• Dismantling, assembling and installing machinery
• Taking care for fire system & Daily checklist

Additional Responsibilities  

• Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting. 

• Perform routine maintenance functions and adjustments to equipment’s. 

• Responsible for shop cleanliness, safety and compliance. 

• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards.  

Organization  

Qualifications:

Work Experience and Education  

• Passed ITI electrician with NCTVT (Apprenticeship)

• Min 3 years' experience in plastic processing / manufacturing industry in maintenance
