Position Summary
You will join our Singapore manufacturing team to support and run production and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with supervisors, engineers and quality colleagues to operate equipment, follow regulated procedures and help improve processes. We value careful, curious people who communicate clearly, take ownership and learn quickly. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Operate and support end-to-end production activities following standardized procedures and safety rules.
- Prepare and supply media, buffers and materials for production runs and manage material handling.
- Assist with equipment set-up, changeovers, commissioning and qualification tasks and document outcomes.
- Maintain accurate production records, support batch documentation and help draft simple SOPs and checklists.
- Support investigations into process or equipment issues and contribute to corrective actions and improvements.
- Participate in workplace safety checks, housekeeping and risk assessments to keep the area compliant.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Diploma or higher in biotechnology, chemical engineering, life sciences, manufacturing technology or a related field.
- Practical laboratory, workshop or production experience from coursework, projects or prior internships.
- Basic understanding of process operations, microbiology or aseptic techniques.
- Clear spoken and written English and good record-keeping habits.
- Able to work on-site full time in Singapore for the role.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and work within regulated manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Prior experience or internship in biotech, pharmaceutical, chemical or food manufacturing.
- Familiarity with good manufacturing practice and basic quality systems.
- Exposure to fermentation, chromatography, filtration, equipment commissioning or buffer/media preparation.
- Basic IT skills for data entry, spreadsheets and simple production systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting, root cause thinking or process improvement methods.
- Interest in building a career in production, process support, manufacturing excellence or quality.
Work Arrangement
This role is on-site in Singapore. You will work closely with shift teams, engineers and quality colleagues. Typical hours follow the assigned day shift schedule with possible participation in handovers or commissioning activities as needed.
