Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Team Member to join our Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and operation of our warehouse, ensuring the secure processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets are conducted in accordance with established procedures.
In this role, you will:
Oversee the lifecycle management of all physical assets, including the receipt, secure storage, internal movements, and shipment, while maintaining accurate accountability and reporting.
Coordinate and prepare schedules for shipping and receiving to efficiently control the flow of goods and optimize warehouse space utilization.
Ensure compliance with organizational operating procedures to maintain the effectiveness of operations, proper space utilization, and the maintenance and protection of all facilities and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and auditing practices for goods received into a warehouse facility.
Proven ability in working within established procedures and guidelines with a limited ability to modify the approach.
Good command of English and Arabic, and demonstrable computer skills.
