About the role
This role leads operational systems development and process optimisation across EMEA, driving enhancements in Oracle Order Management and wider operational systems. You’ll be the operational authority for system improvements, training, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring SharkNinja’s operations scale efficiently and intelligently.
Act as the operational lead for process and system enhancements across all EMEA operational systems (ERP, WMS, EDI, CRM).
Drive optimisation within Oracle Order Management to improve order accuracy and processing efficiency.
Serve as the EMEA super-user for Oracle Cloud ERP, elevating system literacy and adoption.
Lead UAT for system changes, enhancements, and new features.
Support new customer and 3PL onboarding through geo-expansion initiatives.
Deliver system enhancements aligned with evolving customer needs, including AI and automation adoption.
Input into the strategic roadmap for data, systems, and infrastructure evolution.
Act as operational lead for global and regional projects impacting key systems.
Support SOX compliance and global standardisation of operational processes.
Identify, design, and implement operational process improvements leveraging Oracle capabilities.
Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials to support change management.
Lead and deliver training for operational teams to embed best practice and self-service.
Work with Operational, IT, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
Translate operational pain points into systematic solutions in partnership with IT and reporting teams.
Prioritise system developments based on business impact and strategic alignment.
Support rollouts of global features and enhancements across the region.
Drive automation and AI-led improvements to elevate efficiency and customer service levels.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across operational teams.
Extensive experience in operational development or transformation roles, ideally with an order management focus.
Deep expertise in Oracle Order Management (Cloud or EBS), including configuration and process flows.
Proven ability to deliver process and system improvements in complex, high-growth environments.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong capability across Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in AI/automation beneficial but not essential.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
