Job Title - Admin Support
What you will do
The Subscriber Admin Team supports the branch Installation and Service Dispatch Teams to enable the carrying out of installation and dispatching work in relation to security services. It is the main interface between the customer and the engineer on daily activities & risk situations and is the main control point for planning & scheduling of work.

The admin support team will be responsible in supporting the Planning/ Dispatch team for all administration tasks.

- Communication with FLM and Engineers for escalations
- Identify errors and rectifying before risk occurs.
