Job Summary
Pay Range: $24-42/hr
The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative and processing support within the Bank Operations department. This role supports the day-to-day execution of critical back-office functions including transaction processing, reconciliations, account maintenance, documentation review, and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining operational integrity, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Job Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily reviews of SOW’s and vendor invoices for billing processes including reconciliations (e.g., invoicing review, SOW’s,chargebacks) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to internal inquiries from internal departments, clients, auditors, examiners, and risk teams regarding operational controls and process compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between business partners, back-office processing units and vendors to ensure service-level agreement (SLA) adherence
- Assist in process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and procedure documentation
- Ensure operational tasks are executed in alignment with applicable federal and state regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, OFAC, NACHA rules).
- Support onboarding of new team members by assisting with access, procedural training, and resource materials
- Produce reports for management review (KPI reporting, strategic analysis)
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Minimum experience required: 1+ Years of Client Service
- Minimum experience 1+ Years of accounting preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education level preferred: College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent) Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science

- Basic Microsoft application knowledge (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)
