Job Responsibilities
* Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates during the weekend shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Plan, organize, and monitor daily operational tasks, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, to meet performance metrics and customer service levels.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
* Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions to maintain workflow and minimize disruptions.
* Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of direct reports.

Job Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
*Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
* 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting, preferably with weekend shift responsibilities.
* Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
* Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to train, coach, and develop team members effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and obtain necessary certifications.
* Must be able to work consistently on weekend shifts (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
