Position Summary You will lead and support a production shift at our Singapore manufacturing site. You will coordinate safe, compliant and efficient operations with your team each shift. You will coach operators, solve process and equipment issues, and work closely with maintenance, quality and technical teams. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead and coordinate shift production to meet safety, quality and output targets. - Supervise, coach and develop operators; hold regular performance and development conversations. - Lead first-line troubleshooting, containment and escalation for process and equipment incidents. - Ensure compliance with site procedures, quality standards and safe work permits. - Plan and allocate resources with maintenance, quality and technical teams to meet production needs. - Maintain accurate shift documentation, batch records and system transactions. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Diploma or equivalent in engineering, applied science, or a related vocational qualification. - Minimum 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience for degree holders, or minimum 7 years for diploma holders. - Practical experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with knowledge of good manufacturing practices. - Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for process and equipment issues. - Clear communication skills in English for handovers and incident reporting. - This role is on-site in Singapore and follows shift patterns, including nights and weekends as required. Minimal hybrid or remote flexibility. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment. - Familiarity with SAP, electronic batch records, or manufacturing execution systems. - Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action management. - Training or experience in coaching and developing talent on the shop floor. - Exposure to continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Knowledge of environmental, health and safety practices and permit systems.
