Cryoport, Inc. is redefining temperature controlled supply chain support for the life sciences industry by continually broadening its platform of solutions, serving the biopharma, reproductive medicine and animal health markets.
The role oversees production activities including assembly, calibration, shipping, and repairs, while ensuring smooth customs and maintenance operations. It manages purchasing processes, ERP updates, and supplier relations. The position provides first-level customer support and technical assistance. Leading a small production team (1.5 - 2 FTE), it also contributes to product innovation by collaborating with development teams and integrating customer feedback.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
• Production: Management of Assembly, calibration, shipping, customs, maintenance and repair.
• Purchasing: Maintenance of ERP, supplier management, incoming goods inspection.
• Customer support: 1st level support for customer inquiries and technical support for shipments and customs clearance.
• Team Management: Management of production and calibration team (~1,5-2FTE)
• Innovation and further development: Exchange ideas with the product development team, make your own suggestions for improvement and pass on direct customer feedback. Together with you we develop solutions tailored to our customers.
