Join Team Global Express at our primary Queensland hub in Karawatha and play a key role in leading our PM operations.

We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated PM Supervisor to oversee evening shift activities, ensuring freight is processed safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a critical leadership role within our Karawatha depot, supporting our network performance and customer commitments.

About the role
As PM Supervisor, you will lead a team across warehouse and transport operations during the evening shift. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring operational targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise PM shift operations across the depot

  • Ensure freight is handled, sorted, and dispatched in line with service schedules

  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all procedures

  • Manage team performance, engagement, and development

  • Coordinate with transport and linehaul teams to optimise network efficiency

  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

About you

  • Proven experience in a transport, logistics, or warehouse leadership role

  • Strong people leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Sound understanding of safety and operational compliance

  • Results-driven with a focus on efficiency and service delivery

  • Flexibility to work PM shifts
