Join Team Global Express at our primary Queensland hub in Karawatha and play a key role in leading our PM operations.
We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated PM Supervisor to oversee evening shift activities, ensuring freight is processed safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a critical leadership role within our Karawatha depot, supporting our network performance and customer commitments.
About the role
As PM Supervisor, you will lead a team across warehouse and transport operations during the evening shift. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring operational targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise PM shift operations across the depot
Ensure freight is handled, sorted, and dispatched in line with service schedules
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all procedures
Manage team performance, engagement, and development
Coordinate with transport and linehaul teams to optimise network efficiency
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
About you
Proven experience in a transport, logistics, or warehouse leadership role
Strong people leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Sound understanding of safety and operational compliance
Results-driven with a focus on efficiency and service delivery
Flexibility to work PM shifts
