Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for a talented Operations Specialist to serve as an on-site support contractor. Under Government oversight, the candidate will perform a variety of tasks in support of the Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) Program Manager Electronic Warfare and Cyber (PM EW&C), Product Lead Tactical Space Superiority (PdL TSS). The person selected for this position will use a wide range of business tools to support our daily operations. This position will interface with multiple Government Divisions and Branches for coordination. The position requires strong organization and communication skills to perform various functions for the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Operations Manager in general support to the Civilian, Military, and Contractor team at PdL TSS for effective Operations.
- Oversee government time keeping for Civilians (DATAAPS Time and Attendance records). Must complete Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC) training for participating in annual timekeeping audits.
- Ensure government and contractor team has entered their daily location in Manpower Information Retrieval and Reporting System (MIRARS).
- Provide daily support as the PM EW&C tasker manager to track taskers, coordinate responses, and submit responses for all taskers (internal inquiries, higher Headquarters, and other government agencies).
- Assist with in-processing and out-processing Civilian, Military, and Contractor Personnel. Work with Civilian and Military personnel to take Telework training and submit signed Telework Agreement forms to PM EW&C.
- Maintain and update personnel rosters to include organizational charts, alpha roster, phone rosters, and emergency contact information.
- Assist with travel and business itineraries (Government DTS and Radiance Unanet) by supporting travel arrangements, expense authorizations, and expense reports/vouchers
- Prepare government memorandums, ensuring proper format.
- Support team with reserving conference rooms.
- Assist with preparing for the Department of the Army Inspector General visit by gathering required artifacts identified in the read-ahead documents and uploading them for their review.
- Assist with developing and submitting Other Direct Cost (ODC) purchase requests (reviewing inputs from leads, coordinating with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for approval, and entering purchase requisition into Unanet).
- Purchase supplies for the office and work with COR to submit quotes and required documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Outlook Calendar, SharePoint Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism while interacting with a diverse group.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, competing tasks and information.
- Good time management skills.
- US Citizen with a current DoD Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligibility.
- Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently, and at times, with management staff under time constraints and stringent deadlines.
