You will be working closely with the Operations Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Hands-on supply management in Poland - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of vehicle acquisition and activation.</point>
- <point>Create and optimize processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.</point>
- <point>Collaborating with local operations and other local/HQ teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements.</point>
- <point>Analyze data – you will monitor our supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization.</point>
- <point>Develop and execute strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges.</point>

- <point>You can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, staying well-organized and meeting deadlines.</point>
- <point>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently.</point>
- <point>You have a good understanding of the business landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis - you think strategically and align your analyses with business goals.</point>
