Job Summary
 

The Operations Specialist, helps to maintain operating efficiencies and ensures that the clinics they support have appropriate operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the clinical organization

Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with department leads to send out timesheet reminders, review timecards for accuracy, track and document PTO requests and submit to payroll.

  • Supports the Operations Manager with new projects, implementations, and post implementation execution and deployment.

  • Consults on set-up and workflows for new products and services being deployed at clinics.

  • Facilitates staff training, launch support, and transition to the clinic for daily operations.

  • Works on-site to support daily operations, project / program implementations and events. 

  • Documents and monitors processes, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.

  • Gathers, evaluates, organizes, manages and collates information in a variety of formats.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications 

  • Four year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 2+ years of employment in a related position preferably in clinical settings or 1 year or service in a Crossover clinic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly organized with experience in managing and prioritizing projects or tasks, both big and small, to completion with high attention to detail 

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Mac OS (Pages, KeyNote, and Numbers) and Google Suite products

Physical Job Requirements

  • May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.

  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.

  • Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
