About the role</title>

The Operations Specialist will take charge of Bolt Drive (Carsharing) operations across Berlin, helping the business grow and expand. This full-time, permanent role works closely with the Operations Manager and Fleet Manager to keep the fleet running smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll focus on improving processes, including automating workflows wherever possible to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs. To thrive in this role, you should be smart, hardworking, and results-driven, with a focus on getting things done in a simple and effective way. Most importantly, you are aligned with Bolt’s values and consistently put them into practice.
