Operations Senior Analyst – Business Support - Remote

Position Summary

The Operations Senior Analyst supports leaders by analyzing data, creating reports, and improving systems and processes. This role helps track performance, audit data, support new hires, and lead process improvement projects. You will work closely with teams across multiple call center sites to support daily operations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain reports to track performance and service levels
  • Analyze data and provide clear recommendations for improvement
  • Support leadership with reporting, audits, and special projects
  • Audit and validate time sheets and operational data
  • Support new hire onboarding and system setup
  • Improve processes by identifying gaps and streamlining workflows
  • Prepare and review operational and financial documents
  • Monitor production targets and ensure controls are in place
  • Manage projects and support program implementation
  • Resolve non‑routine issues escalated from junior team members
  • Work independently while partnering with senior team members as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of analytical, reporting, or technical experience preferred
  • Experience using Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases required
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and systems navigation
  • Experience creating reports and using data to drive decisions
  • Prior experience as a Lead, Coach, or Supervisor role preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable working with changing priorities and limited direction
  • Proven project management and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 24 - 41 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
