What You Will Do:
Work on a team supporting an U.S. Air Force command collecting, analyzing, and reporting on mission data.
Duties will include:
Apply repeatable analytical methods to optimize research results and prepare detailed, actionable reports leveraging technology to support Air Force leaders decision making.
Work with AF clients to develop methodologies for analyzing larges sets of data.
Work with organizations to employ technology as a catalyst for transformational change.
Establish key elements of operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results.
Provide our clients with data querying and data wrangling, data visualization and dashboarding, predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence as well as robotic process automation (RPA).
Enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.
Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree
THREE (3) years of experience in mission and operations support with data analytics
What Would Be Nice To Have:
M.S./M.A. in a relevant quantitative discipline
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience at all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, quality, & customer service orientation
Experience with Air Force systems and platforms (Advana, Envision, Blade, Vault, etc.)
Strong consulting skills, including identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships, and driving initiatives forward
Statistical analysis, predictive modelling, simulation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence experience
Analytics for business, operations, installations, security, services, and acquisition experience
Analyzing large and complex data sets, with strong aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis experience
Advanced proficiency in an analytics programming language, such as R, Python, or SAS
Visualization skills, such as Tableau and Power BI
