Key Responsibilities

Device Repair & Testing: Inspect, triage, and repair defective electronic devices (phones, tablets, wearables).
Component Replacement: Disassemble, repair, or replace worn/defective components using hand tools.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs meet or exceed Asurion/uBreakiFix quality standards.
Inventory & Logistics: Count, scan, and receive inventory while tracking devices, often via point-of-sale systems.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex technical issues and provide solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of repairs and customer information.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, especially in high-volume production environments.

Experience: Generally requires experience in electronics troubleshooting, repair, or service support.
