The Opportunity
For our Feeder Factory High Voltage based in Sevlievo we are looking for an Operations Quality Manager for Hydro Mechanical Drives production line who will focus on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for our product and processes.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Be responsible for the Operations Quality team, the development of daily operational support activities and other corporate functions for quality issue cases;
- Be responsible for the team's efficiency and continuous improvements including analysis, methods and reporting methodology;
- Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product;
- Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products;
- Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods;
- Lead and plan the skills and the development of team members;

Your background:
- Master’s degree and above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other related area;
- 5+ years of working Experience;
- Structured critical thinking, collaboration, result oriented;
- Strong leadership and people management experience, be able to handle high work pressure and multi-task;
- Proficient in data management & Root Cause Analysis, SAP-QM & AI knowledge will be considered a plus;
- L6S Green Belt or above is preferred;
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
