What you will do:
Lead the development and sponsorship of risk mitigation programs.
Evaluate and recommend new programs for development.
Gather data related field activities on risk mitigation and provide analysis to form recommendations for future program execution.
Create program metrics and monitoring status of department initiatives, and reporting on monthly dashboard.
Develop program management and program maturity documentation.
Mange and report program spends and forecasts.
Develop and apply risk methodologies to rank and prioritize risks and treatments within the centralized programs.
Support Asset Management and the Operations Asset Class Management processes by developing program inventory, prioritization/risk models and a long-range plan for investments. Duties may also include Copperleaf C55 entries or support.
Provide Operations Regions support on technical systematic issues and assignments.
Manage stakeholder engagement and coordination.
Who you are
Required:
Post-secondary degree or equivalent in Engineering
Must be registered, or qualify to register, as a P. Eng. in the Province of Alberta with APEGA.
Minimum of 4 years related project or operations related experience, or combination of related course work and experience.
Capability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Highly developed communication and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve a wide variety of problems.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet established deadlines.

Valid Driver's license and passport
Preferred:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
Project or Program management experience and/or certification (PMP).
Working Conditions:
Primarily office environment.
Travel – Intermittent travel to field sites and/or Regional and Area Operations offices including travel with Canada and the U.S. Valid passport is required.
