Northrop Grumman Defense System is seeking an Operations Program Engineer 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Advanced Weapons (AW) business unit.
This position is required to be full-time, on-site in the Northridge, CA location. No remote/telework arrangement is available for this position. Applicants must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government DoD Secret security clearance.
The Operations Program Engineer 4 will drive end‑to‑end delivery of strategic operational projects that enhance production efficiency, supply‑chain resilience, and compliance with defense‑specific regulations. This role partners with senior leadership, engineering, quality, logistics, and external partners to define scope, create detailed plans, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes while adhering to security and export‑control requirements. The Operations Program Engineer 4 must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
