Job Purpose
As the Sponsorship Production and Operations Manager, you will lead the global end-to-end production and delivery of over 15 million printed and digital sponsor engagement features annually for World Vision’s international partnership. This includes coordinating with 50+ field offices, 20+ fundraising markets, and managing up to 380 language combinations—ensuring every communication is accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time.
This role is essential in bridging cross-functional teams, vendor networks, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and deliver sponsor experiences that strengthen retention and trust across global markets. It also plays a key part in embracing new technologies and refining processes to support World Vision’s digital transformation, enabling digital-first sponsor communications and improved efficiency, speed, and consistency across our global content operations.

Develop and implement production strategies across multiple concurrent projects with hard, immovable deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage delivery timelines, priorities, and resource needs for sponsor content at scale.

Champion the identification, testing, and scaling of new technologies that drive efficiency, automation, and cost-effectiveness in content production and workflow systems—particularly in the areas of data automation and digital asset management.

Team & Vendor Management
Lead internal team members and a network of external vendors and freelancers. Oversee onboarding, capacity planning for surge periods, and resource allocation—while navigating labor laws and compliance in diverse operating environments.
Cross-Functional Project Alignment
Work closely with project and change managers, business leads, and programme teams to ensure sponsor content meets required quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Manage relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape, including field operations, IT teams, digital transformation partners, and external production vendors, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks or issues that could affect quality, timelines, sponsor satisfaction, or World Vision’s brand reputation. Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.

Internal teams and external vendors are effectively led and resourced, with clear onboarding and surge capacity plans in place and compliant with local labor regulations. Projects are executed in close alignment with business, programme, and change management teams, ensuring sponsor content consistently meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
