Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class program support for all programs, in partnership with stakeholders across Canadian Personal Banking

  • Complete appropriate analysis/re-presentment/judgment adhering to respective rules and regulations within appropriate timelines as required

  • Co-ordinate program and delivery activities, communication with the field, managing partner relationships and requests

  • Manage and analyze data to identify and solve problems, and support program reporting requirements

  • Manage generic inbox, ensuring emails are followed up within agreed upon SLAs

  • Ensure a high level of end user satisfaction (stakeholder, people manager, business executives) through developing and implementing best-in-class solutions that are scalable and achieve business objectives

  • Promote operational efficiency by completing and adhering to work tracking tools to ensure the team is able to produce meaningful metrics and collect relevant data with minimal re-work

  • Model quality service delivery at every interaction, delivering the highest level of customer service when dealing with internal partners and our colleagues

  • Proactively anticipate and manage challenges; develop solutions quickly to solve problems and minimize program, business, and learner impact

  • Adhere to best practices and insights related to deployment and operations/coordination and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Communicate effectively with the team/project team on the status/progress of projects

  • Complete special projects and adhoc requests as assigned

  • Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a psychologically safe work environment that promotes quality, innovation, and teamwork and ensures timely communication of issues/ points of interest

  • Prepare and participate in performance management and development activities

  • Support the team in advancing and sustaining a unique, inclusive culture that reflects TD's diversity agenda and creates an extraordinary employee experience

  • Ensure consistent adherence to standard operating procedures to complete assigned work activities, following risk controls and policies

  • Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred

  • 1 to 2 years related experience is required

  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • Well-developed critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong business acumen; understanding of the bank, the industry, the customer/client

  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines

  • Ability to work independently, be proactive and learn from others  

  • Fundamental knowledge of AML operations, standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations
