Job Description: 

  • Assist in the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of physical stock, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. 
  • Conduct regular inventory checks (e.g., monthly stock counts) to maintain accurate records of stock holdings, flagging discrepancies for resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all stock movements, including receipts, deliveries, and inventory adjustments (e.g., recording batch numbers, weights, conditions). 
  • Update the inventory management systems (e.g., warehouse management software, Excel logs) with real-time data on stock levels, transactions, and operational activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Customer Services) to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and alignment with operational schedules. 

Key Qualification, Working Experiences & Requirements: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations. 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with inventory tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow instructions, and adapt to changing priorities.
