As an Operations Officer, you’ll bring your defense security expertise to work on projects for the space mission. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the Posture division, ensuring the timely completion and quality control of all analytical products and plans. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in an operations environment, managing day-to-day operations
5+ years of experience managing and quality controlling analytical products and plans for operational use
Knowledge of the electromagnetic spectrum for electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO)
Knowledge of Missile Warning (MW) operations
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in the Indo-Pacific region
Knowledge of the space domain
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
