Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Member to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of our clients' physical assets—from secure receipt and storage to final processing and destruction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual focused on physical organization, inventory control, safety, and strict adherence to security and compliance protocols related to handling sensitive documents.

📝 What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Administer and operate the organization's warehouses, overseeing the secure receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of all physical assets and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and safety regulations, safeguarding all client assets and maintaining the integrity of the storage facilities and equipment.

  • Manage asset accountability by accurately processing client asset activity, including pulling, receiving, and preparing client boxes (per the Pick-List) and performing audits to account for all items in the stores facilities.

🧠 What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Requires little or no prior relevant training or work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and physical asset management procedures.

  • Proven ability in maintaining strict security and compliance protocols while handling sensitive or confidential materials.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
