The Operations Manager is a senior leader responsible for ensuring the facility consistently achieves production targets while maintaining efficiency, compliance, and quality standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role oversees and facilitates the outputs from multiple departments including post-harvest, lab/extraction, packaging, and fulfillment and is accountable for aligning people, processes, and resources to deliver on the production plan.
The Operations Manager will serve as the primary driver of production KPIs, while also supporting financial discipline, facility expansion, and regulatory compliance as well as long-term strategic objectives as defined by the Director of Operations.
