Job Summary

Lead manufacturing operations to deliver exceptional safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. In this role, you’ll drive continuous improvement, optimize workflows, and build high-performing teams that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing operations team through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean principles and improving throughput, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and enforce policies and workflows that ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Use visual management tools to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on key metrics: Throughput Rate, On-Time Delivery, Net Profit Margin, Inventory Accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
