The Operations Manager for Naval Operations is primarily responsible for services delivery, contract and customer management across sustainment programs. They will manage the relationship with the Contract Delegates and the Contract Authorities where required and also manages customer and services operations across Training Centres, primarily at Randwick Barracks, ensuring that all key objectives of the contracts and service delivery are met. This includes but is not limited to management of cost, schedule, quality, risk, safety and customer service.
The Operations Manager will collaborate with the BD & Strategy Teams, Functional and Capability Managers (CAPMs) to deliver services. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe operational delivery and integration of recurring Maintenance, Engineering, and Platform support services (including air and ground-based training when required) for their assigned sites and platforms to meet contract requirements.
