As we establish and support our new convenience and QSR model across Western Australia, we are now looking to appoint an Operations Manager, Convenience in Jandakot, WA.

We're looking for someone who is energised by innovation, motivated by challenge and passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

This is not business as usual — this is the opportunity to influence how convenience supply chains are enabled, optimised and grown across our network.

About the role

As Operations Manager, you will lead the Convenience & QSR operations within WA — ensuring safety, service excellence, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance across multi-temperature warehouse operations and transport distribution.

You’ll establish and develop effective teams, deliver seamless service for customers and help shape national strategies that set new standards for convenience logistics.

This is your chance to create new ways of working, embed continuous improvement culture and influence the future of how product moves across retail networks.

Key Focus Areas

  • End-to-end site performance, from warehouse operations to store delivery

  • Development of high-performing supervisors, site leaders, and support teams

  • Safety leadership, food safety compliance, and CoR excellence

  • Customer engagement, problem resolution and service improvement

  • Labour, cost, and P&L control to maximise value for Lineage and our partners

  • Deployment of national standards and breakthrough strategies across the network

About You

  • Extensive experience in operations, ideally logistics or transport

  • Proven leadership from a fast-paced retail distribution environment

  • Experience in multi-temperature operations and route distribution

  • Excellence in customer management, influencing and building trust

  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on leadership

  • Comfort making bold decisions, challenging what’s always been done, and encouraging innovation
