The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining high quality standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all functions
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer experience
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency and productivity
- Lead and manage operational teams to achieve business objectives
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management
- Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement plans
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial control
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail or shopping mall operations
- Strong background in tenant management and customer experience
- Knowledge of facility management and security operations
