Position Overview
The Operations Manager leads daily plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role drives operational excellence through leadership, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable production while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, and production targets
Allocate staffing and resources based on production plans and demand
Implement Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Coach and develop supervisors and production team members
Track and analyze KPIs; implement corrective actions for performance gaps
Partner with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to meet service and cost goals
Manage departmental spending and support inventory and planning activities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment
Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Experience leading projects or process improvement initiatives
Authorization to work without employer sponsorship
Preferred Requirements
Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience in chemical, industrial, or process manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
Experience with KPI reporting, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $115,000-$140,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
