The Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving execution excellence across our Data & Analytics team supporting Global Renewals & Success Plan Sales orgnization. This role serves as the program manager and operational backbone for the team, ensuring our highest-priority analytics initiatives move forward on schedule, risks are surfaced early, cross-functional partners stay aligned, and leadership receives clear visibility into progress. A core requirement for this role is the ability to convert complex analytical work into compelling, executive-ready presentations that tell a clear story, drive decisions, and reflect the high bar of quality expected from our team. This person will partner closely with data & analytics team leadership,  analysts, data engineering, product / program owners, and cross-functional teams (Sales Strategy, Finance, Product Growth Strategy, CS Ops, QCP, GDSO, DTS) to operationalize roadmap priorities and ensure we deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

  • Own the end-to-end program management of priority analytics initiatives (e.g. forecasting modernization, attrition predictor rollout, attrition reporting enhancements, SPS dashboards).
  • Build, maintain, and continuously optimize program plans, milestones, RAID logs, and delivery calendars.
  • Track progress across multiple workstreams, identify risks/blockers early, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate recurring program meetings, working sessions, and steering committees with clear agendas and follow-through.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.

Communication & Executive Storytelling

  • Create high-quality, visually compelling presentations that translate analytical insights, roadmap updates, and program status into simple, actionable narratives for leadership.
  • Prepare leadership readouts, status summaries, and cross-functional updates across Renewals, Success Plans, Sales Strategy, and Finance.
  • Maintain a consistent drumbeat of communication across program stakeholders.

Operational Excellence & Team Enablement

  • Help prioritize incoming requests to ensure the Data & Analytics team stays focused on the highest-value work.
  • Drive standardization of workflows, documentation, templates, and operational processes.
  • Establish routines (weekly standups, OKR tracking, roadmap reviews) to strengthen execution and accountability.
  • Partner with leadership to identify resource needs, capacity constraints, and longer-term planning requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective tissue between analytics teams and stakeholders across Sales Strategy, Finance, CS Ops, Product Growth Strategy, and Engineering.
  • Ensure business requirements are well understood and reflected in analytics deliverables.
  • Support adoption and stakeholder engagement for new dashboards, models, and analytics products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations management, or PMO roles—preferably within analytics, data, SaaS, or go-to-market organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with tight timelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills: must be able to craft executive-ready slides that simplify complex topics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Data & Analytics or working closely with data teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics concepts (dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, data pipelines).
  • Experience supporting cross-functional SaaS operations teams (Sales Strategy, CS Ops, Finance).
  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar certification.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
  • Experience with organizational readiness, training, or change management.
  • Experience preparing materials for senior executives (SVP, C-suite).
