What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: An Associate's Degree in a related field with over seven years of experience, including two years in Progressive Management.
• Call Center Experience: Preferred to enhance your impact in this role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire your team to reach new heights.
• Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and create effective action plans.
• Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage both internal and external associates.
• Organized and Resilient: Able to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible: Open to working a flexible schedule to meet dynamic business needs.
