Summary
The Property Service Operations Manager - is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day
operations of a customer portfolio and their associated service properties within a defined service territory. This
role involves managing the on-site property management contacts, ensuring that the scope of work is
satisfactorily performed and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The position manages a team of 3 rd
Party Vendors and internal employees who are responsible for routing and executing commercial pressure
washing, sweeping, porter and window washing customers throughout the designated territory. The Operations
Manager works with his or her leadership and administrative support to execute a local market strategy that
complements the company’s overall strategic operating and marketing plans and implements tactical initiatives
to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. The Operations Manager oversees all matters related to
operations and oversees effective safety and accident prevention programs and leads all operations to ensure
compliance with standards; and drives change management initiatives to introduce and sustain new processes
that contribute to the growth and durability of the operations of the territory.
Job Description
- Account Management: Establish, foster and deepen customer relationships with both on-site and billing
- contacts.
- Account Management: Increase account penetration by identifying solutions and offering additional
- services to customers.
- Account management: Increasing revenue and net income, by offering “on-demand” services to existing
- customers within the defined territory.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 to 3 year’s management experience.
- Experience in property maintenance industry.
- Previous experience in understanding and management of vendor management and compliance.
- Previous experience working in a service-related industry.
- Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking and an ability to execute against formulated
- strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Bilingual would be highly recommended.
