The operations manager, you will: Manage material, human, and financial resources to achieve objectives and cost models associated with process improvement through reengineering.
YOUR ROLE
Design and implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the manufacturing system at the plant level.
Implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the plant's quality system.
Implementation of strategies to improve manufacturing operating costs.
Manage the services required by the plant's manufacturing area with the functional areas.
Design strategies for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
Promote a productive and safe work environment for the team.
Execution of strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, material, technical, and financial resources.
Effective management of model changes, product changes, and changes in requirements.
Budget control and administration.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related
English level intermediate - advanced
+3 years of experience in manufacturing
Experience in Electronics Industry and electronic process / SMT process (must)
MS Office proficient
Previous experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration
Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing
