Role Responsibilities -
As a AI Ops Specialist, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Define adoption KPIs and metrics in collaboration with practice leaders - define the corresponding dashboards and tracking mechanisms – put monitoring in place Convert defined metrics into financial impacts, in collaboration with the Finance and Management teams, and align with budgets and targets. Drive adoption of AI tooling through focused campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with the internal Learning & Development teams to curate learning courses, certifications, and learning paths. Evaluate AI initiatives, using cost vs. benefit analysis and tracking the expected ROI indicators. Optimize operating and capital costs to maximize ROI for AI tooling. Present findings clearly and accurately to stakeholders across functional and technical domains, including finance teams.
We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)
15-18 years of experience with proven expertise in AI initiatives and operations. Strong knowledge of finance and financial impact analysis. Strong analytical skill to analyze available data and able to develop reports and dashboards to support the leadership in timely and effective decision making. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent technical expertise. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately. Strong interpersonal skills to effective engagement with different stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and drive the action plans for delivering the specified objectives.
It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)
Expert level proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Familiarity with AI governance, and ethical AI practices. Exposure to enterprise-level AI deployments and integrations.
