What your typical day will look like:
The Operations Head, Influencer Marketing is responsible for leading and scaling influencer marketing operations across clients and markets. This role ensures operational excellence, commercial rigor, and consistent delivery of high-quality influencer campaigns, while working closely with strategy, client service, and creative teams.
You will oversee influencer operations end-to-end—from planning and talent sourcing to execution, compliance, reporting, and optimization—ensuring best-in-class processes, governance, and performance.
Core responsibilities include:
Define and execute influencer strategies aligned to client objectives, including creator sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and campaign governance
Partner with internal teams and senior clients to drive integrated influencer solutions, operational excellence, and commercial performance
Oversee measurement, reporting, compliance, and risk management to optimize performance, brand safety, and continuous improvement
A bit about you:
Extensive experience in influencer marketing and digital operations, preferably within an agency or complex, multi-client environment
Strong knowledge of creator ecosystems, platforms, commercial models, and performance measurement
Proven leadership experience managing teams, stakeholders, and large-scale campaigns
Highly organized, commercially minded, and confident operating at both strategic and operational levels
