The Operations Financial Analyst will be a key resource in developing and maintaining operational analyses, models, dashboards and reports to drive organizational decision making and performance in safety, quality, cost, budget and processes. This position will support and collaborate cross-functionally and across business units to assess and inform operational improvement opportunities, prioritizing enterprise alignment and scalable solutions.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, intellectually curious, a fast learner, comfortable with working independently, and able to focus on details while thinking strategically. You will have the ability to solve business problems and deliver insights that enable timely and effective operational decision-making.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Analysis and Tools Development
• Perform detailed analyses of operational, financial and utilization measures to assess operational performance variation
• Present analyses and recommend courses of action to address improvement opportunities to relevant operations leadership
• Track and report initiative outcomes compared to goals
• Pro Forma reporting
Qualifications
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Experience in conducting analyses, identifying insights and communicating results to inform business decisions
• Experience in leveraging data to build & deliver leadership presentations
