What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Engineering, Manufacturing, and Agriculture teams.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications, including preparing agendas, presentations, and tracking action items.
  • Serve as administrator for the CMMS system (Fiix), supporting audits, procedures, and data accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain digital records, SOPs, and operational documentation across systems like SharePoint.
  • Analyze and compile data for reports, scorecards, and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings, partnering with teams like Quality, Finance, and IT.
  • Identify process improvements and help streamline workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in administrative, operations, or analytical support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data, reports, or dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform administrative tasks throughout the workday.
  • Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments, including noise, temperature changes, and PPE requirements.
  • Ability to work in both office and production settings as needed.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
