The Operations Coordinator ensures smooth daily business flow by managing processes, coordinating teams, tracking resources (like inventory/budgets), handling communication, and improving efficiency, acting as a central link between departments to meet company goals. Key duties include streamlining workflows, monitoring performance, supporting staff, ensuring compliance, and often handling administrative tasks like scheduling and reporting, requiring strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Management: Oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments (e.g., Operations, Maintenance, Logistics and Leadership) and stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional communication.
  • Resource & Project Support: Manage project timelines, track resources, monitor inventory, assist with budgeting, and ensure timely procurement.
  • Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze data to assess performance, generate reports, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Staff Support: Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance tracking for team members. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Skills: Excellent organization, multitasking, time management, problem-solving, communication (written/verbal), attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency with MS Office/G Suite.
  • Experience: Previous experience in laundry operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field experience is preferred. 

Common Duties

  • Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Managing records and filing.
  • Handling payroll and expense reports.
  • Providing customer service or client support.
