Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the friendly, professional, and polished first point of contact for all guests, employees, executives, and clients entering our flagship office.
  • Manage front desk operations with confidence and warmth, ensuring every interaction reflects the Cushman & Wakefield brand.
  • Maintain a continuously “visitor‑ready” environment at the reception desk, lobby areas, conference rooms, and shared spaces.
  • Support meeting and event needs, including scheduling, room setup, catering coordination, and day‑of assistance.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and support high‑tech conference room systems, including A/V equipment, digital displays, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Perform daily conference room walk‑throughs and technology checks to ensure flawless meeting experiences.
  • Provide real‑time A/V assistance during meetings, especially for executive or high‑visibility events.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Specialist, Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations on operational initiatives.
  • Assist with office operations including vendor coordination, supply management, kitchen restocking, mail distribution, and facilities upkeep.
  • Submit and monitor IT support tickets or building service requests.
  • Partner with building management, security, and engineering staff on workplace safety and facility standards.
  • Support new hire onboarding, workspace setup, and office orientation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice coding, documentation, scheduling assistance, and file management.
  • Provide backup support for office programs, special projects, and events.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting occasional early mornings, extended hours, or after‑hours needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in hospitality, reception, administrative support, operations, or customer‑service roles.
  • Experience with A/V equipment, conference room technology, or workplace systems preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer‑service driven.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 55,250.00 - $65,000.00
